Vue, Angular, React or Blazor: Which Frontend Stack Fits a .NET Team?

A new customer portal, an overdue modernisation, an internal tool: eventually, the frontend question comes up. Vue, Angular and React are all candidates. I would base the decision on who will maintain the application, what it needs to do and how it fits the existing .NET environment. Building the first screen is usually straightforward.
